I started my real estate career as an investor at the age of 22 when I purchased my first multi-family property in Greenfield MA. I have continued to buy and sell commercial and residential properties on my own, developing downtown areas of Greenfield and South Deerfield part time.

After 35 years or so, I continue to enjoy working in this field as it allows me to help others by sharing my knowledge of property in our community. My approach to real estate is simple and to the point. I find that clients today are concerned about value and financing more than ever. I have made my educational focus centered on business management and finance, which helps me to better understand the interesting economy we all live and work in today.

Having a good working understanding of construction and building codes has been very helpful to my clients in the past as we were able to avoid and address many issues. Real estate has become much more complex today, however, it does not need to be difficult. I believe that approaching anything in life with a light heart insures a better outcome.
